Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
- Manage room assignments, key issuance, and reservation updates in the PMS.
- Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt assistance with all inquiries.
- Answer calls, handle emails, and coordinate guest requests with other departments.
- Maintain lobby standards, guest relations, and overall service quality.
- Handle cash, card payments, deposits, and billing transactions correctly.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness.
- Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate shift handovers and daily operational records.
- Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and SOPs at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year hotel Front Office experience (mandatory).
- Knowledge of PMS systems (MyCloud preferred but not required).
- Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
- Customer-service mindset with professional attitude.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Must be currently in UAE and ready to join immediately.
