Responsibilities:

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage room assignments, key issuance, and reservation updates in the PMS.
  • Welcome guests warmly and provide prompt assistance with all inquiries.
  • Answer calls, handle emails, and coordinate guest requests with other departments.
  • Maintain lobby standards, guest relations, and overall service quality.
  • Handle cash, card payments, deposits, and billing transactions correctly.
  • Coordinate closely with Housekeeping and Engineering for room readiness.
  • Resolve guest issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate shift handovers and daily operational records.
  • Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and SOPs at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year hotel Front Office experience (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of PMS systems (MyCloud preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi.
  • Customer-service mindset with professional attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts.
  • Must be currently in UAE and ready to join immediately.
