As a Front Office Associate, you will be the face of the world’s tallest hotel, delivering a warm welcome, seamless check-in/check-out experiences, and attentive service throughout each guest’s stay. Your professionalism, attention to detail, and guest-first mindset will help define the luxury experience at Ciel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet all guests warmly and professionally, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate room assignments, billing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain guest profiles and preferences in the system to enhance personalized service.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and Engineering to fulfill guest needs.
  • Upsell room categories and hotel services where appropriate.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and internal messages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep the front desk organized, well-stocked, and presentable at all times.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensuring guest security and privacy.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented environment with colleagues across departments.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

  • Previous experience in a front office or guest service role in a 4 or 5-star hotel preferred.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and front office operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Professional grooming and confident, welcoming attitude.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
