We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and efficient front office experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests or clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and redirect calls as needed
  • Perform check-in/check-out procedures (for hotel/clinic settings)
  • Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
  • Manage bookings, appointments, or room reservations
  • Handle payments and issue receipts/invoices
  • Resolve guest issues or escalate them to the appropriate department
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems, etc.)
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
