Front Office & Guest Services

Welcome guests with a warm, professional, and courteous manner.

Perform efficient check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with 5-star hotel standards.

Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries accurately.

Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.

Ensure guest requests and concerns are resolved promptly and professionally.

Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate guest records and billing details.

Process payments, currency exchange, and cashiering duties in line with hotel procedures.

Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Bell Desk, and Concierge to ensure smooth operations.

Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and brand service standards.

Service Quality & Compliance

Deliver consistent luxury service and exceed guest expectations.

Follow grooming, appearance, and professional conduct standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures.

Support service recovery and handle guest feedback appropriately.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within a 4- or 5-star hotel.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
