Position Summary:

The Guest Service Agent is the first point of contact for guests, responsible for delivering exceptional service during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and strong attention to detail to ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Handle room reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  • Address guest complaints, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, payments, and charges.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Manage telephone calls, messages, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and special offers to maximize revenue.
  • Uphold grooming standards and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
