Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily Front of House (FOH) operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate service staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and a positive dining experience at all times.
- Monitor staff grooming, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Oversee table allocations, reservations, and seating arrangements.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the dining area before, during, and after service.
- Monitor inventory of service items (cutlery, crockery, linen) and report shortages.
- Assist in implementing service procedures, promotions, and special events.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.
- Support management with daily reports, staff scheduling, and operational requirements.
- Train new staff and provide on-the-job coaching to improve service quality.
Requirements & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Front of House Supervisor.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of food service standards and guest service etiquette.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
