About Us:
Melodica is the UAE’s largest music and dance institute with 25+ branches across the country. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for our students and their families. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee and elevate our front desk operations across all branches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, monitor, and support front desk operations across all 25+ branches.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are consistently maintained at every branch.
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate service quality and provide on-site guidance.
- Train, mentor, and develop front desk staff on customer service excellence and sales conversion techniques.
- Collaborate with management to implement sales-focused initiatives and front desk best practices.
- Monitor daily front desk reports, sales performance, and client feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and resolve issues effectively.
- Work closely with branch managers to maintain smooth coordination between front desk and operations.
Requirements:
- Femaleapplicants only (as per role requirements).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Front Desk Supervisor/Manager in the hospitality industry (preferably hotels).
- Strong background in customer service and sales supervision.
- Excellent leadership, training, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across UAE branches.
- Professional, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality
