We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile individual to manage front desk operations, provide administrative support, and participate in video shoots and content creation for our organization.

location : silicon Oasis – Dubai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, handle calls, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Manage mail, office supplies, and general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, documentation).
  • Prepare, organize, and proofread documents and correspondence.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate meeting room setups.
  • Update databases and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in video shoots and contribute to content creation for promotional and internal purposes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years’ experience in a front desk or administrative role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Office Administration certification is a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Comfortable appearing in videos and assisting in creative content production.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
