Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist members and guests with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer walk-in inquiries, phone calls, and emails regarding memberships, schedules, and bookings
  • Oversee and manage front desk shifts to ensure full coverage
  • Maintain accurate member records and handle sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations
  • Ensure the front desk is clean, organized, and ready for operations
  • Support event coordination and promotional activities
  • Respond effectively to emergencies in line with company protocols
  • Assist with incoming mail and package distribution
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Work Schedule:

Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

  • Minimum high school diploma required.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role (preferably in fitness or hospitality).
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or Chinese is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance with a friendly attitude.
  • Reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable with rotating shifts and fast-paced environments.
