Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients at the reception and handle all incoming calls.
- Manage and schedule appointments accurately.
- Handle inquiries and follow-ups through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings to achieve set monthly targets.
- Coordinate daily with the marketing team to update lead status and maintain reports.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing patients.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a call center, front desk, or customer service role.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Proven ability to handle and convert leads across multiple digital platforms.
- Experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic is highly preferred.
- Organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve monthly targets.
- Must be able to manage both in-person and online interactions effectively.
- Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
