Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients at the reception and handle all incoming calls.
  • Manage and schedule appointments accurately.
  • Handle inquiries and follow-ups through Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
  • Convert leads and inquiries into confirmed bookings to achieve set monthly targets.
  • Coordinate daily with the marketing team to update lead status and maintain reports.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with potential and existing patients.
  • Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a call centerfront desk, or customer service role.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to handle and convert leads across multiple digital platforms.
  • Experience in an aesthetic or dermatology clinic is highly preferred.
  • Organized, proactive, and motivated to achieve monthly targets.
  • Must be able to manage both in-person and online interactions effectively.
  • Candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
