Job Summary:

Position has responsibility for supervising and coordinating activities of employees delivering wellness and spa services, including Spa, salon, skin care program, Yoga, Café and Retail functions.

Job Description:

· Ensuring and Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

· Conduct guest show arounds and set a positive example for guest relations.

· Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

· Handles guest problems and complaints promptly in an empathetic manner.

· Solicits client feedback, utilizing an “open door” policy and reviewing client satisfaction results to identify and address client problems or concerns.

· Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.

· Serves customers by helping them select products.

· Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.

Qualifications:

· Speak with others using clear and professional language.

· Excellent Communication skills in English.

· Excellent customer service.

· Meeting sales goals.

· Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in the spa, guest services, or related professional area.
