What You’ll Do

  • Welcome every guest with a positive, upbeat attitude and assist with consent forms
  • Check in customers using ClassPass, Fresha, and our self-check-in kiosk
  • Manage all incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries
  • Guide guests through the check-in experience and keep the flow smooth
  • Support product purchases at reception when needed
  • Keep the reception and waiting areas tidy during downtime
  • Communicate clearly with facialists to keep appointments running on time

What You Bring

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written) required
  • Confident, friendly communicator who loves customer service
  • Comfortable with phones, apps, and quick systems
  • Organized, reliable, and loves making people feel welcome
  • Willing to help with light housekeeping to keep the studio looking great
