Role Overview

We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable using Zenoti for managing bookings, client records, and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Manage bookings via Zenoti, phone, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and walk-ins.
  • Coordinate staff schedules and support daily branch operations.
  • Handle client queries and concerns efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception area.
  • Support the management team in daily tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in salon reception role is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Zenoti software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive, proactive, and reliable.
  • Must enjoy working with children and families.
