Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Dubai. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage daily front desk operations, including greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming calls with professionalism, managing appointments, and coordinating with other staff members. In addition, the role involves maintaining office supplies, performing clerical tasks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills for managing documentation and schedules
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive visitor experience
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office Suite)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or similar is a plus
