We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations, greet visitors, handle calls, and support daily administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide basic administrative support to office staff
- Maintain records and update databases as required
- Assist with inquiries from clients, staff, and vendors
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, scheduling tools)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
