We are seeking a presentable, professional, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm welcome and handling all front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage front desk and maintain visitor logbooks
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain a tidy reception area
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to various departments as needed
