We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our organization!
You will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering high quality administrative support across the organization, welcome guests positively and coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. As this is also a customer service role, we are looking for someone with a pleasant personality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
-Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
-Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
-Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
-Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
-Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
-Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
-Update calendars and schedule meetings
-Perform other clerical receptionist duties as and when required
REQUIREMENTS:
-Need to be in Dubai and Available to join IMMEDITALEY
-Proven work experience as a Receptionist, preferably in hospitality.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
-Professional attitude and appearance
-Written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
-Excellent organizational skills
-Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
-Friendly and positive attitude
-High school degree or equivalent
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
