Full job description
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member.
- Handle daily emails, inquiries, and office correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments for courier dispatch, incoming mail, and office supplies.
- Support HR and Admin teams with basic clerical tasks when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold a positive company image.
- Provide general information to clients and guide them to the correct departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Fluent in English, additional language are also a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service/admin role (1–3 years preferred).
- Basic understanding of invoice entry or accounting procedures is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
