We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring that all visitors receive a warm welcome and that administrative operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area, ensuring all necessary stationery and materials are available.
- Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Perform clerical and administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Requirements and Skills
- Gender: Female (preferred).
- Language Skills: Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role. (Freshers may also apply.)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines, printers, etc.).
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
