Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Assist with administrative support across departments as needed
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Maintain visitor logs and manage security passes or badges
  • Follow company procedures and security protocols
