Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid experience using IDS software and a background in front office operations.

Responsibilities:

• Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using IDS
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide excellent customer service
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Guest Service Agent or Front Office Associate
• Proficiency in IDS software is mandatory
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable and professional demeanor
• Willing to work in shifts
