Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area’s cleanliness and organization
  • Manage appointments, bookings, and meeting schedules
  • Handle mail, deliveries, and front office supplies

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in front desk or customer service roles preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic computer and telephone system skills
