Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with courtesy and professionalism.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails efficiently.
- Manage appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry.
- Assist with client visits, deliveries, or errands requiring driving.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements:
- Female candidate preferred.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a professional environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
