Job Summary:

We are seeking a courteous, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage front desk operations, greet visitors, and assist with general administrative support of the office. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper access control.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and courier services.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and data entry tasks.
  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role (UAE or home country).
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic knowledge is a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Pleasant personality, good telephone etiquette, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (additional administrative training is an advantage).

Working Hours:

As per UAE Labour Law / company policy.
