We are looking for a female receptionist to join our manpower supply company in Sajjah, Sharjah. The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, and have strong communication skills. You’ll manage the front office and provide administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet Visitors: Welcome visitors, staff, and clients with a warm and professional attitude.
  • Front Desk Management: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the right team member.
  • Schedule Appointments: Book and confirm appointments for team members and manage meeting calendars.
  • Visitor Management: Register visitors, issue visitor badges, and keep accurate records.
  • Manage Office Supplies: Keep track of office supplies and order new items as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Help with tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Maintain Office Environment: Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized.
  • Other Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by your supervisor to keep the office running smoothly.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar receptionist or customer service role.
  • Skills:
  • Good communication skills (English and Hindi).
  • Organized and good at managing time.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred: Candidate on a Spouse Visa.
