Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls efficiently.
- Makes bills, handles cash at the counter.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Provide general support to clients, employees, and management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Arabic speaking is a plus.
