Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to manage our front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service and hospitality to our guests and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
– Greet clients and visitors, offer a warm welcome, and ensure their comfort
– Serve tea and coffee to guests and clients in a timely and courteous manner
– Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-maintained
– Handle guest queries and requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally
– Provide a positive and welcoming experience for all visitors
