We are looking for a warm, professional, and well-presented National Only Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Aesthetic Clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure an exceptional client experience by providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing appointments, and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly experience.
- Manage the front desk, including answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments through the clinic’s booking system.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle client records with care.
- Assist with billing, payments, and daily cash/transaction reconciliation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and therapists to ensure smooth operations.
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle client queries, complaints, or concerns in a polite and professional manner.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and stock requests when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist/front desk executive (experience in aesthetics/healthcare preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment booking systems.
- Fluency in English
