Transform Medical Centre is a leading healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional medical, aesthetic, and wellness services with a patient-centered approach. We are looking for a skilled and personable Receptionist to join our team and serve as the welcoming face of our centre.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous, professional, and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and patient registrations.
- Handle appointment and billing software tools efficiently to generate reports and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate patient flow and communicate effectively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff.
- Ensure the reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle emails, correspondence, and other front-desk administrative tasks.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to clinic protocols and data privacy standards.
- Support management with daily operational and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive (preferably in a medical Centre or clinic).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages an advantage).
- Strong experience using clinic management software for appointments, billing, and report generation.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general administrative tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Presentable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- Candidates with Gulf healthcare sector experience and strong customer-service etiquette will be given preference.
- Preference will be given to candidates with prior UAE experience and strong interpersonal and client-handling skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred.
