Job Summary:
The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for managing the reception area, welcoming visitors, handling calls, and providing administrative and customer support to ensure smooth day-to-day front office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Manage visitor logbooks and issue visitor passes
- Coordinate and guide candidates for interviews to the HR department
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and waiting area
- Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to visitors and staff when required
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming documents and couriers
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and photocopying
- Support HR and Admin teams with day-to-day coordination
- Ensure office supplies at the front desk are well stocked
- Follow company policies, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
Requirements & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma preferred)
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is an advantage
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented personality
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
