Job Title: Customer Care Officer / Receptionist
Location: Polyclinic – Al Wasl Road, Jumeirah, Dubai

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Officer (Receptionist) to join our polyclinic team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, well-organized, and able to communicate fluently in both Arabic and English while managing front-desk and patient coordination tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • استقبال المرضى والترحيب بهم بطريقة مهنية ولبقة
  • Manage front desk operations, appointments, and patient inquiries
  • Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in requests professionally
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and basic administrative documentation
  • Ensure a smooth patient flow and high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer care, reception, or front-desk roles
  • Previous experience in healthcare, clinics, or service industry is an advantage
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Presentable, professional, and service-oriented attitude
  • Basic computer skills (appointments systems, email, messaging platforms)
