Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Business Centre. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, assist clients and visitors, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants professionally
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Handle mail, courier, and document coordination
- Support meeting room bookings and client coordination
- Maintain front desk records and visitor logs
- Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
