Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our Business Centre. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk operations, assist clients and visitors, and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and tenants professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Handle mail, courier, and document coordination
  • Support meeting room bookings and client coordination
  • Maintain front desk records and visitor logs
  • Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
