We are seeking a professional and presentable Front Desk Receptionist who is fluent in Arabic and English to be the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming, organized, and efficient front desk experience for visitors and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Arabic and English
  • Manage front desk operations and visitor logs
  • Coordinate meeting rooms and assist with scheduling
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Support basic administrative tasks (filing, scanning, data entry)
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Liaise with internal teams as required

Requirements

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive preferred
  • Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
  • Ability to multitask and handle visitors confidently
