We are a Dubai-based Real Estate Management company urgently seeking a Female Front Desk / Office Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations and handle a high volume of incoming calls professionally
- Draft lease agreements and assist with lease renewals
- Process Ejari registrations and related real estate documentation
- Coordinate with tenants, landlords, and internal departments
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper document organization
Eligibility Requirements (Mandatory):
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Tagalog
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and related office software Strong knowledge of real estate transactions, including rental agreements and lease renewals
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a real estate firm
- Proven experience drafting lease agreements and processing Ejari certificates
- Highly organized, efficient, and able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
