Job Summary

Rafmoh Gold LLC is hiring a professional and presentable Front Office Executive for its Corporate Office. The role involves managing front desk operations and providing administrative support while representing the company in a professional manner. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional manner
  • Manage the reception desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with clients and internal teams
  • Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and follow office security procedures
  • Handle courier coordination and incoming/outgoing correspondence
  • Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and support office arrangements
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Corporate office experience preferred
  • Gold or jewelry industry experience is an added advantage
