Job Summary
Rafmoh Gold LLC is hiring a professional and presentable Front Office Executive for its Corporate Office. The role involves managing front desk operations and providing administrative support while representing the company in a professional manner. Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners in a professional manner
- Manage the reception desk and handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
- Communicate effectively in Arabic and English with clients and internal teams
- Direct visitors and calls to the appropriate departments
- Maintain visitor logs and follow office security procedures
- Handle courier coordination and incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Perform basic administrative tasks including filing, documentation, and data entry
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and support office arrangements
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and professional at all times
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Corporate office experience preferred
- Gold or jewelry industry experience is an added advantage
