Role Overview

The Front Desk Executive will serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling incoming calls, inquiries. This role is active sales responsibilities, including cold calling, client follow-ups, sales coordination, and deal finalization support. The ideal candidate will be professional, customer-oriented, and sales-driven.

Key Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Communication
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries.
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and introduce company products/services.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential clients.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Sales Support & Deal Finalization
  • Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales documents.
  • Follow up with clients on proposals, payments, and pending decisions.
  • Support the sales team in negotiations and closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and maintain strong relationships.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, products, and company offerings.
  • Address customer queries and escalate issues to relevant departments if required.
  • Dependent Visa holders will be preferred.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in front desk/reception and sales support (fire safety/security industry experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (English required; Arabic/Hindi is a plus).
  • Confident in cold calling and handling client objections.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
