About the Role
We are looking for a polished, warm, and service-driven Customer Experience Agent to manage front desk operations and client interactions at our studio. You will be the first and last point of contact for our clients and a key contributor to the overall studio experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is naturally organized, confident in communication, and comfortable balancing service with light sales responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Service
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally, in person and over the phone
- Provide accurate information about classes, instructors, schedules, and packages
- Build strong rapport with both new and long-term clients
- Handle client concerns calmly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when needed
Sales & Conversions
- Support basic sales activities including outbound follow-up calls and walk-in inquiries
- Confidently guide clients toward appropriate class packages and memberships
- Contribute to lead-to-package conversion targets
Administration & Studio Operations
- Manage bookings, client profiles, and payments on the Mindbody system
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately
- Support daily studio operations to ensure a smooth, efficient front desk experience
- Maintain a tidy, professional front desk environment

- Genuine interest in wellness, fitness, or hospitality
Requirements
- Female candidates only (due to studio demographics and ladies-only classes)
- Bachelor’s degree (required)
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience in hospitality, retail, wellness, or travel & tourism is a plus
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Available to join immediately or on short notice
