Front Desk Agent

Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and professional Real Estate Front Desk to be the first point of contact for our growing real estate office. This role requires excellent phone skills, strong communication, and the ability to qualify and route leads efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage high-volume inbound calls professionally
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with buyer and seller inquiries
  • Qualify leads and gather basic client information
  • Schedule appointments for agents
  • Route calls and messages to appropriate agents
  • Update CRM with call notes and lead details
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors
  • Support daily front desk and administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate or call handling preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate office or ISA experience
  • Sales or customer service background
  • Comfortable with lead follow-up and basic qualification questions
