Job Overview
We are seeking a courteous and well-organized Front Desk & Admin Assistant with a strong hospitality mindset and good computer skills. The role is front-facing and requires handling guests professionally while supporting administrative and office coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and visitors with a high standard of hospitality
- Serve refreshments to guests as required and ensure pantry readiness
- Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and visitor records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for pantry supplies, office stationery, and services
- Support internal teams with routine admin and coordination activities
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong hospitality orientation and customer service skills
- Good computer knowledge with hands-on experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to handle emails, basic reports, and data entry accurately
- Good communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage
- Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
- Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, or admin roles preferred
