Job Overview
We are seeking a courteous and well-organized Front Desk & Admin Assistant with a strong hospitality mindset and good computer skills. The role is front-facing and requires handling guests professionally while supporting administrative and office coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and visitors with a high standard of hospitality
  • Serve refreshments to guests as required and ensure pantry readiness
  • Manage front desk operations including calls, emails, and visitor records
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document coordination
  • Coordinate with vendors for pantry supplies, office stationery, and services
  • Support internal teams with routine admin and coordination activities

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Strong hospitality orientation and customer service skills
  • Good computer knowledge with hands-on experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle emails, basic reports, and data entry accurately
  • Good communication skills in English, additional languages are an advantage
  • Presentable, polite, and professional attitude
  • Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, or admin roles preferred
