Job Summary:
The Front Desk Admin Assistant will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. The role involves handling front desk operations, administrative support, and coordination while communicating effectively in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails (Arabic & English)
- Manage front desk operations, appointments, and meeting room schedules
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and courier services
- Maintain records, files, and office documentation
- Provide administrative support to management and departments as required
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized, professional, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask and work independently
