Job description:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk / Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing excellent customer service while efficiently handling administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
  • Handle general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support HR and management with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in customer service or office management.
