Yard Operations:

· Ensure safe loading, unloading, and handling of forklift with compliance of Safety rules

· Should know proper loading/ unloading process for trailers and containers

· Performing daily equipment check list, recharging the forklift battery/lubricating equipment to determine the need for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular maintenance

· Report to the yard supervisor regarding any damage to racks, faulty materials, or any other safety hazards.

· Recording running hours, reporting timely forklift service and preventive maintenance

· Comply with company policies and HSE guidelines (wear Electra uniform and full PPE during working hours)

· Always retain valid driving license and 3rd party license copies of operator and machine

· Attend daily yard toolbox talk and follow the instructions

General Obligations towards Occupational health and safety and Environmental

· You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.

· You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company and ensure it complies throughout the department employees.

· You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.

· You are obliged to follow the company’s recycling process, hence, proper disposable of yard waste to help the environment is a must.
