Requirements:

• Fire & Safety background is mandatory
• 4-5 years of proven experience as a Foreman in the UAE
• Strong knowledge of local construction practices, safety standards, and project coordination
• Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams, timelines, and materials efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Ensure work is carried out according to project plans and timelines
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations
• Manage labor, materials, and equipment effectively
• Report progress and issues to the Project Manager
