Job Description:

Fresh Bite Paprika Restaurant is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Food Sales Executive to expand our Catering Division through large-scale food orders, meal plans, and long-term contracts with offices, labor camps, and businesses across Abu Dhabi. This is a commission-based role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in sales and wants to earn based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure large-scale catering contracts, meal plans, and regular food supply deals
  • Approach and pitch to offices, companies, schools, construction sites, and other potential bulk buyers
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
  • Work closely with the operations and kitchen team to ensure smooth delivery and execution of orders
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing for clients
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and timely service

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in F&B, catering, or food distribution (preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Must have a valid UAE bike or car license
  • Deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi market and potential business hubs
  • Fluent in English (Arabic or other Asian languages is a plus)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in handling high-ticket sales
