Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee floor operations during service, ensuring impeccable standards and smooth coordination.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising and mentoring service staff.
- Address and resolve guest concerns with grace and urgency.
- Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign sections, and monitor service flow.
- Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and staff performance reviews.
Desired Skill & Expertise:
Requirements:
- Diploma in hospitality or related discipline.
- 2–3 years in a supervisory role in a luxury restaurant or hotel.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of fine dining service and guest engagement.
- Tech-savvy with POS and scheduling tools.
