Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee floor operations during service, ensuring impeccable standards and smooth coordination.
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in supervising and mentoring service staff.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns with grace and urgency.
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign sections, and monitor service flow.
  • Ensure compliance with brand, safety, and hygiene protocols.
  • Assist with scheduling, inventory control, and staff performance reviews.

Desired Skill & Expertise:

Requirements:

  • Diploma in hospitality or related discipline.
  • 2–3 years in a supervisory role in a luxury restaurant or hotel.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of fine dining service and guest engagement.
  • Tech-savvy with POS and scheduling tools.
