What will I be doing?
As F&B Supervisor – In-Room Dining, you will:

  • Supervise the daily operations of the In-Room Dining team, ensuring luxury service standards are consistently delivered.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to provide prompt, accurate, and personalized service for every order.
  • Oversee the preparation, presentation, and delivery of in-room dining orders, ensuring attention to detail and brand consistency.
  • Manage scheduling, training, and performance of the team to drive excellence.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with discretion, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor order-taking, billing accuracy, and cash handling in compliance with Hilton policies.
  • Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in all service and preparation areas.
  • Support menu updates, promotions, and upselling initiatives in coordination with the Culinary and Food & Beverage leadership.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, trolleys, and service areas, ensuring readiness and presentation at all times.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.

What are we looking for?
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage supervision, preferably in luxury In-Room Dining or similar service.
  • Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate needs discreetly.
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication abilities.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • A passion for delivering bespoke dining experiences with a personal touch.
