Job Summary:
Responsible for providing excellent service to guests in dining areas, ensuring a high-quality experience, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly and courteously.
- Take orders accurately and ensure special requests are fulfilled.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas, including tables, counters, and equipment.
- Prepare and set up dining areas for service, including table settings, condiments, and supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide smooth service.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in F&B service preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand or move for long periods.
- Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude.
Work Hours:
- Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
