Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing a welcoming and memorable dining experience.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the overall restaurant.
- Ensure menu knowledge to confidently assist guests with recommendations and respond to any dietary requirements or preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and ensure any concerns are resolved promptly.
- Follow all hygiene, health & safety, and food safety standards at all times.
