As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:

• Provide a gracious, personalized welcome to guests, ensuring every interaction reflects luxury hospitality standards.
• Assist in the flawless execution of food and beverage service, upholding Forbes Travel Guide and brand standards.
• Support the service team with table setup, mise-en-place, and detailed table settings appropriate to fine dining.
• Serve food and beverages with precision, elegance, and discretion, ensuring consistency in presentation.
• Anticipate guest needs and deliver intuitive, proactive service to create memorable dining experiences.
• Maintain spotless cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service flow across the outlet and wider hotel operations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of menu items, wine pairings, and signature offerings to confidently assist guests.
• Contribute to maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction scores through consistency and attention to detail.

Ideally, you should possess some or all the following qualifications and experience:

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine-dining restaurant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a warm yet professional demeanour.
• Knowledge of luxury service etiquette, table setting styles, and sequence of service.
• Knowledge of Forbes Travel Guide standards is a strong plus.
• Ability to remain calm, polished, and attentive in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
• High level of attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized guest experiences.
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are highly desirable).
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.
• A true team player with a passion for luxury hospitality and continuous learning.
