Job Description:

We are hiring a Floor Sales Executive for our hypermarket. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining product displays, and ensuring smooth daily operations on the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Help customers find products and answer basic inquiries
• Arrange and refill products on shelves
• Ensure correct price tags and promotional displays
• Check stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene on the shop floor
• Support team members to achieve daily sales targets
• Follow company rules, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supermarket or hypermarket sales is preferred
• Languages required: English and Hindi
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Physically fit to stand for long working hours
• Willingness to work shift-based duty
• Ability to work on weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 1,300 + food and accommodation
